At Customify, every order is carefully prepared to ensure the best quality and experience.
1) Processing Time
- Orders require 2–5 business days for design and production
You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for shipping or pickup.
2) Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1 business day
- Other governorates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier conditions.
3) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4) Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for your convenience.
- A 15 EGP COD fee is added to your order
- Please ensure availability to receive your order
Repeated order refusals may result in restricting future orders.
5) Free Pickup Option
You can save on shipping fees by choosing pickup from:
- New Cairo (التجمع الأول – البنفسج عمارات)
- Kasr Al-Ainy Faculty of Medicine (Cairo University)
Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time once your order is ready.
6) Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct.
If the courier is unable to reach you:
- The order may be delayed or returned
- Re-shipping fees may apply
- You will be charged full ammount if the order is returned after confirmation
7) Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:
- High demand periods (Eid, holidays, etc.)
We will always keep you updated if any delays happen.
